Schools will be opening up soon and many of you parents have serious decisions to make.

With this pandemic raging out of control, you have to be very mindful of what decision you

will make. I am asking all of my neighbors to please wear your face masks and keep a safe distance of 6 feet. If we all continue to do these things we might, just might be able to stop this awful virus in it's tracks. Please look out for the children walking to school. Stay aware of school zones.

We have lost one of our neighbors on Green Arbor to this pandemic. Our condolences to his wife and family.

You may not have attended the last meeting at the Gardens, but it was a very productive

meeting. There were new neighbors present. We want welcome Matthew Doan at 11027 Green Arbor and his family. Also Ta Lee at 10315 White Clover who has been here for while and his family. Our new city council person, Ms Carolyn Shabazz had a representative present on her behalf. Mr Steven James gave us much information in regards to the city services that are available to us. It was very information meeting. We were given the Neighborhood Code Violations, fines and compliance pamphlet. Fines from $50 to $2,000 dollars for over grown lawns, Conditions that may attract rats fines $$50 to $2000, early placement of heavy trash or any oversized items at the curb line prior to your scheduled collection date $50 to $2000. Junk motor vehicles on your property fines $200 to $2,000. I hope we never have to face any of these fines now that we know.

James Gums stepped down as president of the Civic Club and Fred Brown was voted in as our new President with Gary Hooks voted in as Vice President. Tom Writer is still our Treasurer. Civic Club dues are due at $30.00 per household. Fred has lots of news ideas for the civic club. Please join us at the next meeting you will be pleasantly surprised. Fred suggested that we meet quarterly. Stay tuned we will let you know when the next meeting will be and please bring your neighbor.
