Well another 4th of July has passed us by in spite of the rain. I hope you had a chance to enjoy some of the celebrating. We are now moving to another event sponsored by the RVCC.

On July 21, 2018, a Saturday, we will show our First Responders how much we appreciate them. From 3pm to 6pm at 10403 White Clover we are looking for a great turn out. They will be served food and prizes. This is the second Appreciation Day we have had, The first one was a total success.

We would like all residents of Rainbow Valley to show up and show your support.. We will be looking for donations of food. Bring your special dish. If you are out shopping at your favorite store, ask the manager for a donation of water, paper plates or any thing of that nature. We will certainly appreciate all donations. Donations of prizes will be most appreciated as well.

There is a lot to do so I am counting on YOU.

This is our meeting month so there will be a short meeting before we get started. If you haven't paid your civic club dues this will be a good time. Dues are just $30 a year per household.

We are still researching the use of cameras in the neighborhood. Crime is everywhere and we are a isolated neighborhood. Cars have been broken into and the homeless have become a very big problem behind the homes on White Clover. The police have had to be called out several times but they just keep coming back. We as a neighborhood must unite and stand together. Call 311 and complain. If they get enough calls maybe something will change.

We have lost another neighbor, Mr. Carroll Kuhlman who resided at 11007 Overlea, recently passed in a nursing home. A very nice man who lost his wife several years earlier. Please remember his family in prayer, and please don't forget our sick and shut in neighbors, Mrs. Linda Detwiler, and Mrs. Billie Neymeyer. If there are others please let us know so they may be added to our prayer list.

I am counting on you for Saturday, July 21 from 3pm to 6pm." PLEASE DON'T LET ME DOWN"
